Co-founders
Ideal background
Startups, fintech, consumer SaaS, product agencies
Responsible for understanding what our clients and our own operations actually need, and turning that into products that innovate — not just digitize what already exists. You translate the co-founders' vision into real, working product: they define the what; you make it happen. Aesthetic judgment is part of the role — products should feel like modern consumer software, not corporate dashboards — but it's not the center. The center is understanding the problem and solving it with the best possible solution. You work natively with AI tools to iterate fast.
Responsibilities
- Understand the business problems we're hired to solve — operations, automation, client workflows — and translate them into product solutions.
- Detect what transformations need to happen to genuinely innovate, not just digitize existing processes.
- Convert the co-founders' vision and definitions into real, functional product.
- Design the user experience of internal and client-facing products — think first about how it feels to use them.
- Prototype fast in Lovable, v0, Claude Code, or Figma to validate ideas before investing in development.
- Build the frontend of new features in React + Tailwind.
- Maintain a consistent design system across the product portfolio, with the aesthetic sensibility of modern consumer software.
- Challenge the obvious: propose how a solution can be better, not just execute it.
Requirements
- 2–4 years building digital product, with a demonstrable public portfolio (personal site, GitHub, Dribbble, side projects).
- Demonstrated ability to understand a business problem and propose a solution — not just execute a given design.
- Clear aesthetic judgment evidenced in the portfolio — not potential, evidence.
- Solid in React + Tailwind. Able to go from mockup to functional code without help.
- Native use of AI prototyping and development tools: Claude Code, Lovable, v0, or equivalents.
- Figma at production level — not just pretty mockups, but design systems.
- Ability to iterate fast: prioritize 'shipped and rough' over 'perfect and pending'.
- Genuine curiosity about understanding a new business context and obsession with solving real problems.
Nice to have
- Public side projects in production — evidence of product ambition.
- Experience at early-stage startups where you touched the full stack.
- Background in graphic design, motion, or branding — a plus for the wow factor.
- Interest in AI and how it affects product design.
What we're not looking for
Designers who only make pretty screens without understanding the business behind them. People who only execute tickets and don't propose solutions. Developers who have no aesthetic judgment. Profiles that need a PM handing them pixel-perfect specs before they can build. Anyone without a public portfolio who asks to be evaluated only in an interview.
